TERMS & CONDITIONS: STUDIO MESSA X EVNOIA CANDLE GIFT PROMOTION

1. Promotion Overview

By participating in the Studio Messa x Evnoia Candle Gift Promotion (the “Gift”), you agree to these terms and conditions. Participants who provide their details will receive a set of Evnoia candles as a gift, subject to availability and the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Participants must provide accurate and complete contact details, including a valid email address and Australian delivery address.

2.2 Limit of one (1) gift per person.

3. How to Participate

3.1 To enter, participants must submit their details via the designated form.

3.2 Details to include contact and address details for product to be delivered to. 

3.3 By submitting your details, you agree to receive communications from Studio Messa and Evnoia via email.

4. Gift Details

4.1 Each eligible participant shall receive one (1) Evnoia Candles set, comprising three (3) unique aromatic candles.

4.2 Gifts are subject to availability. Once the allocated stock has been exhausted, no further gifts will be distributed.

4.3 Studio Messa reserves the right to substitute the gift with a similar product of equal or greater value if necessary, at its own discretion.

5. Delivery

5.1 Gifts will be shipped to the address provided by the participant in Australia.

5.2 Studio Messa is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the participant, nor for potential delays or unforeseen circumstances affecting the delivery of the gift.

5.3 Delivery is expected within 4 weeks after confirmation of your participation, subject to standard processing and third-party courier timelines.

6. Privacy

6.1 By entering this promotion, you consent to Studio Messa and its related entities collecting and storing your details in accordance with privacy policy and applicable privacy legislation.

6.2 Data provided may be used for promotional and marketing purposes, with an option to opt-out of communications at any time.

7. General Conditions

7.1 The promotion will start from Monday 9th, December 2024 and will conclude Friday the 31st January, 2025 or until stock runs out.

7.2 This promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.

7.3 Studio Messa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.

7.4 Studio Messa is not responsible for any technical issues or other errors that may affect the delivery or acceptance of the gift.

8. Stock Limitation

8.1 The promotion is limited by stock availability. Once all allocated candle sets are distributed, no additional gifts will be provided.
